upon receipt of a deposit of £100 per week booked.

refundable £50 Good
Housekeeping bond payment is required with the

the final balance
is due 8 weeks prior to your visit. We also ask for a fully
returnable £50 Good Housekeeping Bond payment which will be
refunded in full
after your stay when the cottage has been ‘left as
found’ in a reasonable state for the next visitors.
