Riverside cottage is over 350 years old, one of the earliest buildings in the village. It has a river side garden with beautiful views eastwards over the central fells of Lakeland.
The cottage is located in the north Lakes near Keswick in the hamlet of Grange In Borrowdale (google map). Riverside Cottage is a two bedroom house fully furnished which can accommodate up to five people in comfort, everything is provided including bed linen (sheets, duvet covers & pillow slips). Please bring towels and t towels. There are two bedrooms, the smaller has a king size bed (5') and the larger bedroom which is ideal for the children has three single beds. The living room is large with an two leather three seater sofas and a six place dining table. The kitchen has recently been modernised and has a new range cooker with induction hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer. Heating is by storage heaters.
There is a smart TV and Blu-Ray player for those wet days in and plenty of board games and children's toys to keep you occupied on dark nights. If that isn't enough, the cottage has fibre optic broadband connection which can be accessed by visitors on a desktop PC provided or via Wi-Fi connection.
Please can visitors take their towels and T towels. It is also asked that the cottage is left as found, in a clean and tidy state for the following guests.
